Creating a Checklist

1. To begin a Checklist Template, you must first click the "+" sign next to "Checklist Templates".
   

   
   
   

2. Populate the field with a new checklist template name.
   After populating the field, click "Save".
   

   
   
   

3. The saved checklist template should look like this:
