You will receive a welcome email with the installation link for IOLITE Nexus. Follow the instructions in this email to install the Nexus managed package.
Step 1: Click on the link to install the IOLITE Nexus Connector in your Salesforce org. You'll select the appropriate installation link for installation into Production or Sandbox as appropriate. Log into the appropriate org with your admin login credentials.
Step 2: Install the package for All users:
Next, you'll see the Install Screen status.
Click Done.
Once the package installation is complete, you will receive an email that should say that your package install was successful. If the installation is not successful, please log a Case with IOLITE.
Step 3: Once the application has completed installation, select the IOLITE Nexus App from the Salesforce menu
Step 4: Authorize the Nexus app to enable permissions for required elements in the app:
Step 5: Navigate to the Connector Hub Tab, select the Connector you have purchased and use the right-side menu to install it. This function will download the data definitions for the connector. As a quick note - take a look at any other connectors in the Connector Hub to see if there would be additional useful connections for your business. If the Salesforce Org Id you are attempting to add the connector to was not recorded in our system, then nothing will be downloaded. This most often occurs with Sandboxes. This can be handled by creating a Case with IOLITE Solutions.
Step 6: Navigate to the Nexus Admin tab and select to View Connector Credentials from the right-side dropdown menu. If you don't see your connector, please refresh your screen. This will allow you to input the API authorization credentials. If you have not received these credentials from your provider, please request them. Alternatively, you can input a Case to IOLITE Solutions, and we can assist you with obtaining credentials from the provider.
Step 7: Select the Default Credential record and view the Credential settings
Step 8: Input the credential information that you have received into the appropriate lines. Depending on the requirements of the system you are connecting to - there may be many items required for input.
