PARTNERNOMICS IQ Salesforce Installation

Before you begin

The PARTNERNOMICS IQ application uses Record Types on Account and Lead, and Dashboards.

If you do not already have Record Types on Account and Lead, it is recommended that you create them prior to installing the PARTNERNOMICS IQ application.

The PARTNERNOMICS IQ application comes with 2 Permission Sets. One includes all of the PARTNERNOMICS IQ components, and one includes the fields on Lead and Account that the package adds. These are set up separately so that they can be added to existing Profiles and Users without overriding any of your current Org Wide Sharing and Permissions.

Once the package is installed, you can assign Permission Sets, Record Types and Page Layouts. You should also make sure that you set the visibility on the Dashboards to best be supported by your Org Wide Sharing model.

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU MAKE CHANGES TO THE DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS:

These reports come as a part of the PARTNERNOMICS IQ Package, and any changes should be Saved As a new Report or Dashboard in a different folder. Any upgrades to the package may overwrite the standard Reports and Dashboards included in the package.

Welcome to the Installation of PARTNERNOMICS IQ in your Salesforce Instance. These instructions are only applicable if you've received your Welcome Email for Partnernomics in Salesforce.

If you have not received your Welcome Email, please submit a case to IOLITE Support for assistance.
